This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
A lifestyle session with Mikaela Grace Photography, LLC is relaxed, playful, and deeply personal. You can expect gentle guidance, lots of movement, and plenty of time to encourage moments of connection. Whether we’re exploring the shoreline, wandering through the woods, or splashing in Lake Michigan, my goal is to create natural, meaningful moments you'll love.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
All my packages include travel within a 30 mile radius of the Muskegon area. Travel to locations outside that range will incur an additional travel fee.
Can you recommend any locations?
Yes! I have plenty of locations that I can guide you through based on your interests noted in the client questionnaire you receive after booking. From beaches and sand dunes, to fields and more woodsy areas, we will work together to find a location that is season-appropriate and feels the most natural to you.
how soon do I get my pictures back?
Delivery times may vary based on the season, but you should receive a proofing gallery within 5 days of your session. Once you select your favorite images from those watermarked proofs, I will return your final edited gallery back to you within 2 weeks.

A proofing gallery is a curated collection of lightly edited, watermarked, and often low resolution images from your session. It gives you the chance to review all the best moments captured, and allows you to choose your favorites before final edits are applied, ensuring your final gallery reflects the images you love most.
